Once heard a rumour about divers being able to access the Chicago Catacombs from the Great Chicago Fire?

Any body out there know anything about this?

Or just a tavern rumour?

are a "no take" zone for divers, the hook and line folks are the only ones who can legally rape this reef.

Offshore is no problem with a FL salt water fishing license and bug stamp. The spineys found in the deeper waters off there tend to be huge ones.
