When I was in Bohol in 2010 there was no diving there. I heard the island needed some tender loving care.

I think it is ok to dive it, I dived there in 2009, good viz, few napoleons and an eagle ray. Odd topography if I remember. Was told it was once good for whale sharks and mantas but fishing was an issue, may that's why they stopped diving??? Or was it an issue on land?
