Palau made difficult. any suggestions

I have just had my flights cancelled because of the pacific flyer mess! It is devastating as I have booked a trip of a life time for my wives 40th. Now it looks like we may not be able to go.

We were booked ( and paid) for flights and accommodation on the 4th Oct but I can't find any other way of getting there without paying many more thousands and a 20 hour trip instead of a 4 hour trip.

I have contacted travel agents without much luck.

Any one got any advice?

Living in Japan, my first idea was BNE-NRT on QA, then NRT-GUM-ROR on CO.
I don't have the flight schedules, but how about BNE-TPE-ROR all on CI?
Flight time should be shorter, and prices affordable compared to the NRT route.

I guess you could rolled the dice and see if they are flying again in 6 weeks and make it a belated trip:
