Has anyone taken/know much of the Solitude one liveaboard in Palau? Looking for reviews since it seems like the Aggressor Fleet hasn't left the best impression lately and the Ocean Hunter is looking pretty full for the dates I want to go. Many thanks!

Hi Puncho
My new bride and I recently spent half of our honeymoon on Solitude One. The first week we did land-based diving with Fish 'n' Fins and then transferred to Solitude.
This was my first liveaboard experience so I don't have anything to compare but I would not hesitate to recommend this boat. Our experience may have been a little bit atypical because we were 2 of only 8 divers onboard this huge boat but I have no doubt they could handle a full crowd. The staff was friendly, the food good, the environment very clean, the schedule/itinerary good and the diving was amazing. I felt safe as well. Not sure what else I could ask for in a vacation.

Peace and Good Diving!

Thanks for the feedback! Was thinking of doing Ocean hunter iii (Fish n Fins). How many dives did you end up doing on the Solitude One? OC seems to do 5 every day, so I think I counted around 25+ dives in total for 7 days. I'm not too worried about the amenities, but I know the dive guides can really make/break the diving experience! Thanks :)

We did 4 most days, including night dives, some days only 3 but never got 5 in a day. I agree that would have been nice
