The only tech instructors I have seen there are Caribbean Gas Training, I have no idea what their agency is thou.

As a former Iowan, I almost moved back to the DSM area a couple of years ago. How they do you deal with your diving addiction? Is there anything locally?
Caribbean Gas Training was a GUE shop, but is no more. Toucan Diving is a PADI shop, but their web site shows them offering TDI tech courses. They might be worth a call, though, as the site may be out of date. Rec Tek Scuba is TDI. Any particular reason you want to do DSAT instead of TDI? I haven't met him yet, but I've seen a number of positive comments about Walt at Rec Tek. On my next trip down there I'm going to look into booking a dive on the Windjammer with him.
