Padi Stress & Rescue review questions

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the review questions for the Padi Stress & Rescue Course? I'm not keen to rip the review pages out of the book when I do the course next week.

Why would you have to rip the pages out? It's your book I'm guessing. Just copy them if you would need to hand them in. I'm told this is permitted now as opposed to destroying a book that you own. My PADI instructor never required us to remove the reviews.

What about doing them on an excel spreadsheet or a word document?

Thanks ... I've just retyped the questions in a word doc. It only took 30 mins and I can now send them to anyone else who wants them.
