    Location: Alabama
    Does PADI recognize other agencies' specialty courses toward Master Scuba Diver?

    Location: Ka'u
    Nope. Your Advanced and Rescue can be from another agency, but all 5 specialties must be PADI.

    No they don't count towards the Master rating. I see you're pretty new to diving (if your profile is up to date). Send me a PM if you want the truth about that master rating, or do a search on SB about it.

    There just might be a better direction or path to put your time and money.
