For the love of God people, just enjoy the friggin sport. Why does there have to always be a f'ing philosophical debate? I remember once, very naively thinking all divers were fun...then I came to SCUBABoard! Here I realized that some divers are opinionated jerks that think they know better and are more than willing to let you know how wrong you are. I used to find solace from those I deal with daily, through diving.

The OP was just thanking an organization that was a part of his finding new joy in life. Get off your high horse and just let this forum be about fun and diving. No wonder so many people are leaving this site. I think the board should start a thread called "Pi$$ and Moan" and make it subscription based.

Thanks to PADI and all the other agencies and the instructors who bust their butt to take care of their students and instill the passion of diving in them. To the critics, spend time teaching on this thread and less time b!thcing. We could learn something.

Man you guys enjoy taking the simple pleaure out of discovering something new for someone new to diving....Just remember how excited you all were when you first started...did anyone hammer it into you that you were doing something wrong, you went with the wrong dive school or certification agency...get a life man...enjoy what you got...and stay off the bottom.

There is good an bad in all we do, see and hear...Take what you want from it...make it work for you

Man, how can someone be a fan of an organization that just teaches people to breath underwater and have fun observing sealife! Don't you people see how Putin is behind it and it will bring the new communism? You must learn instead to be divers and save America.
