USI , you mean this?, Could not find it on their site [which is confusing].

Yes ... here is my RAID qualification in the USI ... the OP is in Australia ... to my knowledge only RAID do it ... if kids are going for a job as a DiveMaster, ShipsMate, Coxswaine, Skipper on a livaboard all their qualifications are held in one spot.

In my case I can show you my Responsible Service of Alchohol license, my First Aid cert, my Scuba qual etc. etc.

OK, I have a USI for the usual first aid and other work place requirements, now diving quals, that is news to me.

but as I said I think its only with RAID qualification.
 
Makes sense. RAID was reborn in Australia and they spent a chunk of time getting everything approved for the Australian government especially the late Mark McCrum.
