PADI Open Water License - Cabo / La Paz

Hey all -

I am looking at spending some time in La Paz and Cabo San Lucas and would like to do my PADI Open Water License while I am there. Do you guys have any suggestions for affordable but still good quality diving schools in those cities that ofter a course lasting preferably three but definitely not more than days? If possible, I would also prefer doing it in La Paz instead of in Cabo.
