PADI Sport Diver magazine for September includes a PADI Master Diver Scuba Challenge DVD. It goes over the specialty courses offered to become a Master Diver.
There is plenty of great underwater video and on land interviews about the specialties.
Pretty good DVD to add to the scuba collection, and free.

Haven't checked that out yet, still going throught the specialty sections, lots of information for sure.

The main video (other than a cursory view of the PADI "flow chart" doesn't mention that Rescue is part of the MSD progression- just the specialties. There is a fairly decent Rescue section on the DVD. However I still don't think it draws the two together.

The underwater footage is pretty cool though.

I think the last one I have was August with the drysuit coverage (...in the Midwest? ...in August?!? :11 with some type of white seal or sea lion or something on the cover...

I'm actually hoping the bookstores will stock the new edition with the DVD to increase demand for PADI training. We'll see...
