Is anyone here apart of the PADI Diving Society?
It's not expensive, but is it worth spending to join?

I get emails every now and then asking me to join, and if I join, it's more for the coupons/discounts and to have more opportunities to dive.

If you're apart of the PADI Dive Society could you tell me how you like it, and would you recommend it, or not, and why? Thanks!

Just signed up myself. I mostly did it for the Sport Diver magazine subscription. I get a lot of info about gear & dive locations from here but I figured another source couldn't hurt.

As to whether I like it and/or recommend it or not, well, you'll have to check back in 6 months or so since my first magazine issue just arrived last week.

Hahaha, OK I think I will sign up top because I also want the magazine

I have it but have never used it. I got my gear. Don't care about the ads. Would rather read alert diver.

I was a member when an active DM, as it's automatic. Never found much use for Sport Diver, as I have rarely bought new equipment and plan all my own trips. Plus the pros couldn't get it in paper form as of a couple of years ago. I guess if you like the mag. and coupons it would be OK. To each his own.
