PADI challenges

Are the PADI Go Pro Challenge and Master Scuba Diver Challenge available for Australian residents or on for the Americans? From the website it looks like you have to live in America to be eligible for them. What about the Specialties of the Month?

Here's the eligibility requirements for the Go Pro Challenge:
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to PADI Members 18 years of age or older. All PADI Members must be renewed for 2008 and 2009 and not have an open Quality
Assurance action to be eligible to win. Employees, and family members of employees, of PADI Worldwide Corp. and all related and affi liate
companies, globally, are not eligible for the contest.

The same requirements are listed for the Master Scuba Diver Challenge.

As far as specialty of the month:

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]What are the requirements for a student to participate in the Specialty of the Month promotion and receive a free gift? [/FONT]

• [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] The diver must be a current PADI Diving Society member.[/FONT]
• [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] The diver must reside in the U.S. or Canada.[/FONT]
• [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] The diver must purchase the crew-pak and class instruction during the designated month (please see calendar at bottom).[/FONT]
• [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] The diver must submit their redemption paperwork to PADI within 30 days.[/FONT]
