pacific or atlantic coast?

Hello,

I'm a dive instructor and I'm planning to go to Mexico and find a job there. But I have a doubt. Where should I go? To cancun, playa del carmen, cozumel, etc. or to the other coast (Puerto Vallarta, cabo san lucas, Acapulco)

I don't know when is high season there. So I'll appreciate if someone can help me to decide where is the best place to go and try to find a job.
