I just noticed that the bright LED lights in my shop cause the greenflash voltage to fluctuate between 9.6 and 10.1 mV in air. When I cover it with my hand voltage doesnt change at all. Instructions do mention flourescent light, but I guess I'll cover it up to check it when canister is open.

Well that is a bit inconvenient. Thanks for sharing this info though.

I've found they need to be in the dark to operate correctly. The original one I bought from Germany came with an engineering sheet that specified this synsativity.

Same, they keep the cells awake too. Burned thru a few batteries before I figured that out. Just keeping the head face-down on the bench while it's drying seemed to address it.

What are the benefits to using a solid state sensor?

Does anybody know someone using at least one
sensor in a Divesoft Liberty? The original R22D
is 29mm in diameter and 41mm in length. All 4 cells are quite packed in the cell holder, so 4 oxygen scientific would suit well , but would
also be a financial overkill. Having just one cell
would be interesting if the size of 27 mm in diameter by 36 mm in length are correct.
