Why is a wing from Oxycheq $450 when it is available from ScubaToys for $352. I understand volume discounts, but 30% more for the same wing!?

Do you mean the wing direct from Oxy is $450?
If so, that is rather standard pricing policy for manufacturers. The makers will generally always charge full retail for their goods so as not to compete with their resellers who may choose to run specials.
As you may know, some makers have dealer rules about the minimum prices that resellers can advertise their goods at.

...the good news is retailers don't require you to accept their discounted prices and will let you pay them full retail if the pricing differential bothers you that much.
