That was painful. Now we need @Angelo Farina to critique their kicking technique. I think they need to learn the dolphin kick.

Probably it is incorrectly labeled as "emersion", possibly mislabelled for "immersion".

That was instead an "underwater technique" competition.
It was popular here in Europe in the past century, I was doing this kind of competitions when young, in the eighties.
These competitions included different tasks to be performed underwater, either free diving or scuba diving.
