what would be a great diving location in orlando florida for a novice diver

Weeeeeelll,

If you want to do the spring thing there are several springs reasonably close by.
-Blue Springs
-Blue Grotto & Devils Den (in Williston, about two hours from where I am)

Or

If you would like to do some ocean dives
-West Palm Beach/Jupiter are great dives. The depths are almost always about 80ft though. I have, however, heard of boats doing dives in about 50fsw. Although I haven't done any of the wrecks, there are supposedly some very nice ones in the area.

Good Luck, and have fun

You can do a search for "Orlando" on the board and wil see that this quesiton has been asked and answered several times.

Nothing really in Orlando, everything will be an hour or more away, unless you dive at The Living Seas at EPCOT over at Disney.
