So I ordered an item for my kayak from bass pro to pick up at their store. Its been 8 days with no emails so I called them. It turns out they closed their warehouse for over a week for inventory without informing customers or notifying them that their items will be delayed. Poor customer service, never again will I buy from them. How hard would it have been to put a note on the ordering page that the order would be delayed up to a week for inventory in the warehouse.
