Order of Hogarth Patch

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Order of Hogarth Cave Diving Society? If youve been to Cave Excursions near Peacock springs, youve probably seen the picture of the patch with the turtle on it. Its a pretty cool patch, I was wondering if there was any way to get my hands on one and learn more about the society (if it even exists).
