Opinions on the Oxycheq universal light sock?

They work great. If you straggle with a small hands, try to fit a slightly "fatter" light.
 
Old thread I know, but any recent opinions?

I have the DRIS 1000 and the TrustFire TR-J1. I'm contemplating my options.....

a) Put the DRIS in a light sock ($)
b) Upgrade to a Bigger 3 LED light and put it in a sock making the DRIS my backup ($$)
c) Look for a used canister light and make my DRIS my backup ($$$)
 
For me, handhelds are only for backups, my main light is a Salvo 35w HID.
