Hi Guys,

My wife and I are toying around with opening a dive shop in Costa Rica. I have run two successful hedge funds in my past, even though scuba has been my passion for the past few years. I recently bowed out my second fund and took an "early retirement" in costa rica. Well, im bored and now toying with the idea of opening a scuba shop. We have also toyed with the idea of buying a liveabourd for excursions to Cocos Island. This is all in my head as of now, but I am working on having a BP together by the end of the year.

I would love to hear from you guys about what you would have done/done differently when opening your shop, who you turned to for expertise, etc.

Cheers.
