Anybody have good online sources for materials to make dive lights in the Euro Zone? Preferably in the Benelux or Germany. Alternatively, any recommendations for good shops in Holland would be appreciated. So far finding what I need has been like looking for snow in the Sahara.

In germany, Dev-pein www.dev-pein.de

They don't accept credit, only bank order or Cash on delivery. You will find everything you need from lighthead kits to cannister kit to waterproof switch/connector. Definitely a unique shop in Europe !
