Does anyone know of a good online reseller that offers Apeks that is based in the US?

If I can't find one then I'll probably just use scubastore.com despite it being overseas.

scubastore.com is not authorized Apeks dealer as far as I know.. even though the prices are good. For good prices that I still better than US shops, checkout SimplyScuba.com; it's based in UK, but at least they are Authorized dealer and the prices are much much better than what I see in US shops!

...Seems like everyone asks the same question at the same time, on different forums.

On another board (actually, a mailing list) this question was asked, and I decided to do the list a favor and gather ALL of the interesting Apeks information that I could and put it up on my website. Included in the most interesting stuff were owner's manuals, technician service manuals, a step-by-step PowerPoint presentation on servicing your own regs, and of course... Parts suppliers.

All of this information is readily available to you now at http://www.LCscuba.com . Click on "Talk" and then "Equipment" and finally, "Apeks Regulators."

Enjoy. :)

Then why did I get a warrenty card and a gurantee card from Diveinn stating that the manufacturer warrenty was in effect? I believe they are a dealer. Don't forget that most online stores also have a local presence, making them somebody's LDS.

For those of you from the US that have ordered for Diveinn have you found the shipping to be fairly prompt? Their site says 4 business days which I would be very happy with.

I'll be ordering an ATX50 second stage in a few days from DiveInn... Glad to know that others are having good experiences there.

I've ordered several Apeks regulators from Diveinn. All came via DHL and within 4 days. They are a authorized dealer. I have been pretty happy with them. Pricing is based on the exchange rate also. I also find that their pricing is a little bit lower than simplyscuba.

I just finished ordering two sets of ATX50/ATX40 with Suunto Cobras and compact spgs from Diveinn.

I'm looking forward to using my new gear in Cozumel next month! :D
Thanks all for the useful information.

Did you order two Cobras, and two SPGs? You do realise that the Cobra is an air integrated computer that replaces the SPG? Or are you planning on running two HP hoses per reg and using a backup SPG?
