I bought a BCD from a reputable online source. It came with no owners manual (yes, I am a newbie and would like to know every aspect of my equipment) or warranty info (a purchase code is usually required to activate a warranty from the manufacturer- that little post card thing that you have to mail in, and yes- their site says warranties on all their gear).
I called reputable online source to let them know. Reputable online source said they would get those 2 items in the mail to me right away. No problem.
After a week of watching the mail I called them back. They said we dont have the owners manual or the warranty info, then they gave me the phone number to the manufacturer so I could chase down the 2 items myself, which I dont feel is my place.
They also said I could return the bcd for exchange. I dont want to do this because I like the bcd.
Would this hack you off?
