Hey divers - not sure if this is warranted for the classifieds, but thought I would try here anyway. For sale is a Royal Vacation Suites timeshare, one week annually. (Royal Vacation Suites . Royal Vacation Suites in Las Vegas, Nevada) This is not a fixed week, so you have the flexibility to choose when you want to travel.
This is not a sale of a single week of stay in a timeshare, but a sale of the entire timeshare itself. Included in the sale price of $250 is membership with Trading Places International.
The timeshare is able to be exchanged anywhere within the Trading Places International network (Royal Vacation Suites is right of the main strip in Las Vegas.) we have stayed in Hawaii, Mexico, Lake Tahoe, etc. You are also able to upgrade the size of the unit easily. Exchange and upgrade fees vary by location, but usually are between $75 and $150. This is especially economical for a family or when traveling in a group (like weve done), where you can get, for instance, an extremely nice two bedroom unit with a kitchen, for significantly less than a hotel or even Airbnb.

The maintenance fees are $490 per year.
