I will be getting a very nice paycheck next week and as a result will have a few extra bucks for dive gear. I Currently have a DC-800 and want to get a strobe. Now the question is, do I get one strobe or just bite the bullet and get two. I have never used a strobe before and I mainly dive in the Gulf of Mexico off of Clearwater Fl. Thanks.

Two...there are many reasons but mainly you wont be battling with shadows and strobe placement nearly as much. Start with two now and you won't have to worry about it later. Two is always better than one.
You will also quickly (hopefully) learn that where you dive today has nothing to do with where you will be diving tomorrow! Prepare now for whatever comes along.
