Which of the YS50 strobes do you have. If it is the Nikon version, maybe. If not probably not but it will depend on the camera and the housing.

There are several ways you can make this work. One is with a Matthias Heinrich converter. Go to
HW and look at the english pages. They have converters to get you working with your setup. You could also build a way to link a standard optical fiber to your strobe but you can then only do it in manual mode.
