I fell in love with snorkeling as a child, and fell in love with diving as soon as I could afford to try diving. Unfortunately a sedentary job, along with some unemployment and depression led to obesity and no diving.
I have figured things out and have list about half the weight I want to lose before starting diving again. Once I get there I plan to take a refresher course then re-take AOW to gain som fresh experience. Because I live in a cold water location, that AOW will be combined with a drysuit certification.
I look forward to getting to know some of you, and hopefully finding a buddy when I am ready to dive.
