Hello all. I'm needing to replace me old SP soft weight belt and SP has gotten just a bit too proud of them for me$$$.
Anyway, I'l looking at the OMS soft belt but not sure which one to get even after looking at the size chart.
I'm about a 36" waist and I think the large is what I should get but I'm in between on the medium too.
Anybody about my size diving one of these belts and can clue me in?
