Does anyone know if OMS valves use compatible (Blue Steel or Thermo?) parts or are they completely proprietary between the hand wheel and cylinder O-ring?

My dive buddies and I use Northeast Scuba Supply for all of our valve parts. Here is a link to their parts for the OMS versions. I have rebuilt at least 4 of my own OMS non-modular valves using their components.

I am looking at the OMS low profile valves for a custom manifold combined with the Blue Steel or Hollis inline rebreather valve and was hesitant to make the spares problem overly complex.
