I had a couple of HP80's around so I decided to double them up this past summer and used an OMS manifold that I got on sale.

I havent' had time to dive them much and was out tinkering in the garage and noticed that turning the right post valve off and on is much easier than the left post and isolator. Is this normal? I thought that maybe since it is the right post that is more likely to freeflow it may have been designed this way.

Anyone noticed this on their manifolds?

If the valve is hard to turn, it needs to be rebuilt... Teflon can build up as flakes in there from the teflon washer, and cause resistance around the stem. It needs to be taken apart, cleaned, and rebuilt with new teflon washers, and maybe the seat too...

Good Luck...

BTW, any OMS dealer should be able to do that for you...

I agree rebuild the valve. It should turn smooth
