way more then enough...personally i reccomend Dive Rite Transpac, and Classic Wing (60lbs lift)
actually for 80's and 100's 40-50lbs lift should be plenty.....
but seriously why are you asking about if it would be enough, and if its durable since you apperently have been diving doubles for a while... or having 25-49 logged dives i think isn't enough expirence to be certified to do the type of diving that requires doubles, and an Al 40 "pony" or do you mean Deco, or Stage........
