Now now guys take it easy. I did a search but just a whole lot of OMS bashing. I was hoping for some facts about the product. This will only be used as a rec BC until i further my diving experience in the future.

Here's the long and short of it.
If you are single tank rec diving, you do not need a large wing designed for doubles. It will "taco" around your tank and create massive amounts of drag. It will slow you down and up your gas consuption hugely.
Next...if you are single tank rec diving, you do not need a second bladder...it is of much debate in the technical realm if you need a secondary bladder even with a full complement of stages and heavy steel doubles.
The majority of us who dive bp/wings go simple. No bungies. Fit the wing to the tank being dove.
If you are just starting out with your first BC, match the wing to what you are diving today. You can always change to another wing later down the road.
Look at a dedicated single tank wing, preferably without bungies and definitely without the secondary bladder.
Simple is better.

If you find alot of people bashing something, there is usually a reason. Not always, but usually.
As Bwerb said, a dual bladder wing is way overkill for anything you are looking for at this point, and the "simpler is better" is a smart way to go.
For coldwater diving I would suggest a 36/45 pound single wing. Oxycheq and Halcyon make very nice wings, the Oxycheq being somewhat more cost effective.
There are many variables to buying a backplate and wing, all of which have been hashed out here numerous times.

Thanks guys appreciate the more thorough answers than just some noob bashing the happens all too frequently on this board. Dont forget you guys did start out once too and had a lot of questions that needed answers just like the new class of noobs. I am trying to do it right the first time as opposed to making mistakes that i read so many people made when they first started.
Is there a reason to stay away from bungees in general? I think I remember my OW instructor had a wing setup with bungees. I like coming to the board with questions because i know that so many people have different opinions and my audience is a lot larger than a LDS with 10 employees.

The issues with bungies stem from two directions.
First...they can be an entaglement hazzard. You now have a "web" of bands behind you on your wing which may get caught on something. No bands...nothing to get caught on
Second...one school of thought would say that they are the wrong solution for the problem. If the problem is large shifts of gas in the wing and the bungies are to make the wing smaller and less baggy when it is deflated...perhaps the alternate answer would be to simply make a smaller wing which has bouyancy characteristics more in-line with the gear being dove. Ie...55lb wing for twin steel tanks and deco bottle is likely enough lift...why use a 95lb wing to do the same job?
