This is my first post so I'll start by saying hi to everyone and thanks in advance to any answers I may get.

I recently ordered a OMS Comfort II Harness and ordered a size S/M. I have just received it and noticed there are LG/XL tags hanging on the padded straps of the harness. I was wondering if I have been sent the wrong product. Has anyone else purchased a S/M size of this harness and if so were your padded straps labeled L/XL also?

I'm thinking the straps may just be universal across the sizes however they limit how much you can shorten the shoulder webbing. I currently have all the adjustments as tight as possible and it's borderline loose on me.

I may have to ditch the padded pads all together to be able to shorten up the shoulder webbing if I find it to be too loose in the water.

Thanks

Turns out I was sent the wrong size. I was told that the shoulder straps are the only thing that's sized in the Comfort II harness set up.

you need to sent it back oms. I never had any problems with them about returns. I have the same harness and steel back plate fits great.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I am wondering what size are you and do you like this harness? I am also looking at the OMS Comfort II Harness.

I just got one myself. I bought it un-strung so I got to set it up from scratch.
I did one dive with it and found it very comfortable. The weight of the tank was so spread out I really couldn't feel more weight in one spot than the other. I since re strung it to make the shoulder straps shorter and change a couple of D ring locations to better suit my needs. I got the L-XL harness it's now adjusted to the small end of the large size. I got the back pad which I don't think I really need. I may take it off and use it only when I go to FL and use a lighter suit. These days I've got 16mm of neoprene and a spine pad between me and the BP. The pad just gets in the way changing from single to double tanks. I got the 94lb single bladder bungeed wing also.
