Will a DSS LCD 30 wing fit on an OMS SS backplate? Does anyone have any experience with OMS gear? If the two are compatible I am looking at purchasing that setup. Does anyone have any opinions?

It may or may not work. If you want to use a STA, then almost any wing and plate will work, including this combo. I don't know why you want to use a STA if you could avoid it.

There is no "standard" for the placement of the camband slots, or the holes in the center channel of the back plate relative to the camband slots.

In addition the shape, bend angle and center channel shape and depth will not be the same on an OMS plate and a DSS plate.

If you don't yet have a plate I'd suggest sourcing the plate and wing from the same manufacturer.

The discounts that we offer on a complete rig, i.e. a plate, wing, harness and cambands, is pretty substantial. And you get goods that designed to work together.
