I am interested in trying STTL using my Inon S2000 strobes with my EM-5 which I have in a Nauticam housing. I understand that I will need to set the flash to Fill In on the camera, but would like to know from people's experience how many shots I can expect to get with a fully charged camera battery? To date I have only used manual strobe flash with camera flash set to 1/64 to conserve the battery..

Depends on how dark it is where you are shooting of course. I have always been able to get between 150 and 250 shots shooting TTL while shooting macro. For WA, I would guess a bit fewer.
