Headed for Huracan Lodge in Belize in February. Looking for a camera. The Olympus OM cameras look decent for my purpose. I understand compromises but here are the criteria I'd like to target:

Small, Cheap, Simple, Decent pictures - nothing fancy. I won't be diving to take pictures. I will be diving, and occasionally taking a picture.

Focal length is 10 cm, but this camera can take pictures of subjects further away than 10cm, right?

Light system that will show true-ish colors at depth.

I won't be diving at serious depths. A bit over 100 ft, max. I guess the Blue Hole dive is 125-130 feet. This would be absolute max for me.

I suppose I'd need the camera, a waterproof case, and a light (perhaps a flash, since this freezes action).

Am I dreaming? I apologize for my ignorance here. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Superman,
You would need a housing to take an Oly TG-7 below 50 feet or so. The great thing about the waterproof camera is if the housing leaks, you won't kill the camera. The camera probably wouldn't leak or fail that due to the depth, the buttons would just be pressed down too much for them to spring back. You would also need an external strobe for good photographs. Multiple strobes are better.
