Olympus, Sea & Sea Question

Heading out this weekend to the Turks & Caicos - hoping someone can help. I recently purchased a Sea & Sea YS90 Auto strobe for my 5060 using the Oly PT-020 housing. The sync cord came with several templates, but unfortunately not for the housing I'm using. Anyone know how/where to get this quickly? Any help would be appreciated!

It doesn't even include a template for all the Sea & Sea housings. I just placed the velcro over the internal flash and cut away. If you're concerned about cutting the velcro, place a piece of paper over the area 1st and cut away.
