Olympus PT-015 Questions Dec 10, 03

HELP!

It is I just got an early Christmas present of an Olympus C-5050 Zoom, and now I need to get a housing. Has anyone out there bought a PT-015 recently for a great price?

I need one in a rush, so I want to get one from someplace that can reliably ship right away, but I also want to get a good price. I have searched prices online, but I am hoping to get additional valuable input from Scubers that have bought recently.

Please don't suggest that I scour the archives because this is a time sensitive question.

When I last checked, www.newegg.com came highly recommended by other people on the board, and they had it very reasonably priced at $134 with free FedEx shipping. I think you pay more for next day or 2-day shipping, but those options are available as well.

I bought my PT-010 on eBay (new) and was very happy. received it pretty quickly. Lots to choose from there.

i just got mine from Newegg about 3 weeks ago and i loved their price and service. like saf_25 said, $134 and free shipping. i ordered it online which is the only way to order from them, the next day i got an email with a tracking number and i received the housing in 4 days from when i ordered it.

BTW, i did call them first just to make sure they had it in stock, most places that i checked with didnt have it in stock.

Another newegg fan. I bought mine there a couple months ago for more than they are going for now. The $134 price is all you pay, it's free shipping and I had mine in 4 days.

Newegg sounds like a good deal. I paid $149 at http://www.etronics.com last June. You might check them to see what their current price is... maybe they came down as well. I was very happy with their service!

I also bought one from newegg a few weeks ago. Great price and service. If you are in a big hurry you could always head to backscatter and pay full retail

Thanks to all of you for the newegg recommendations. I knew that I could count on the good Scubers to help me out.

I ordered my PT-015 from newegg this am. I paid a little more to get it expedited here.
