I personally love having a water proof camera in a water proof housing for beginners or those who are cautious because there is much less chance of damage on a trip. I included low resolution sample photos I have taken with this camera. The Grand Canyon photo was blown up to the size of a poster for a canvas print I had made and retained great detail.
