Just to sweeten the deal.
If you are concerned about being stuck with an obsolete housing. Have no fear.
I have just obtained a second Olympus C755/750 UZ camera to add to this package.

So yes there are two Olympus C-755 UZ cameras. both fully functional.
Note the C755 is identical to C750. It was just bundled with soft case & sold thru Black's Camera Centers & Costco.

Does the Ike housing circuity do TTL, and does it work with the Nikonos strobe?

The nikonos strobe does trigger in sync, but it's manual.
If you want TTL you need to add a DS50 or DS125, or DS160 series strobe & blue sync cable.
