Probably a bit late but here goes:

Use the fibre optical from Sea and Sea - it'll get your strobe to fire reliably. You can't use a sync cord as the YS-25 doesn't have a sync cord option.

If you shoot in P or S mode with the C5060 then set the flash mode to 'fill-in' (:lightning symbol). In this mode the camera's flash will fire a pre-flash so you will need to set the Power dial of the YS-25 to position '2' ie for cameras with a single pre-flash so it will ignore the pre-flash (first flash pulse) of the camera's built-in flash and synchronise on the main flash.

If you shoot in A or M mode then, as Andy correctly said, set the flash menu to 'Slave' and start with Level 1. Set the flash menu to 'Slow'. You will need to set the YS-25's Power dial to position '1' ie for cameras without pre-flash.
