Oly SP-350 & Sealife strobe??

Is there anyway to use a Sealife strobe (not digital) with the Oly house for the SP-350? I am thinking of this camera (as a replacement to grow into) for my DC500. And as I have a strobe avaliable, can I make a connection for the two so they work together?

Hi Cheddar Chick. This is a rerun of the PM I returned you, but having read your post, I now know you have the non-digital SL-960. I don't remember who, but someone way back when in the now immense SP-350 thread tried this. It didn't work. Apparently, the SL-960 doesn't jibe with the preflash signal from the SP and only the SL-960D will work with the camera. Sorry!
