Great to hear you finally saw turtles. The big, old ones are loggerheads, and the small one is a green. Can you read the numbers on the tag from your photo? If so, you should definitely contact Fish & Game, and I am sure they will give you information about who to contact to find out where they were tagged. I also think there is a local volunteer organization called something like "South Walton Turtle Watch" that would love to help you. Your sighting would be valuable research information to whomever tagged them.
