that was one of the original Hookah diving power plants. Clean it up. Many would take it off your hands.

Hookah diving is fast becoming a very popular option to scuba, see them all the time here in S. Florida. . You still need the open water ceritfication, but it is a great, lower cost alternative to buying 3-4 sets of dive gear.

The units have very good resale value. People gobble them up with they are listed for sale in the local places.

Bacially 3 players in this market that I'd recommend. I spent about 6 weeks looking into them (and yes I bought a used one not too long ago)

Brownie
Airline by J sink
Octopumps.

Airline got my nod just as a very good unit. Their Hookah lines and connections are bullet proof. If I was going to by new and wanted good bang for my buck, that's where I'd go. Fantastic customer service.
Brownie- the Cadillac of the units. Many they are nice, but top $$$. Just so happens they make them about 10 minutes from my office so I think I can get parts pretty easily if need be.
Octopumps- Outstanding value, but very small company. I came with in one phone call of buying this unit, but the call right before that one was the used Brownie that I bought. Was going to buy the Octopump power/float/compressor, but match it with Airline hoses and regs.

I tumbled the gas tank with nuts in it by zip tying it to a bicycle wheel clamped in the bench vise, then driving it with a hand drill clamped to my toolbox. This got the tank in usable condition. I cleaned it up real good, rattle canned the hood, tested it in the pool, and sold it easily on Craigslist. The guy that bought it had one that was bought new by his grandfather and was delighted to have a second one.
