There is a Black Jack that is not
common and it could have been one
of them.

All I know is that it was a KILLER!

Not true ... not true! As i recall triggerfish tend to protect a expanding cone directly above them.

Horizontal divers present a greater surface area of target when entering the triggers cone of death.

Be afraid, be very, very afraid O-ring!

I think it is during the mating season then the triggerfish tend to guard that "expanding cone" ...

they are such a :maniac: becos they are trying to protect their territory and their young :D

such a "caring" father :D
 
...it could be a Sargassum Trigger, I've seen some so dark blue they look black or Black Durgeon.

and this wasn't a triggerfish. I'm going to
assume for storytelling purposes that it
was a Black Jack since that's what it looked
like.

Did I mention it was about 8' long and had
huge teeth? I was fighting for my life!:shark:
