I put on a 7mm wet suit, slide into my drysuit and duct tape all the seals good and tight. I hot wire my scooter and put in six 24 volt truck batterys. grabb a bunch of weight and my lift bag and jump into water with the scuba gear. At the bottom I lay the gear down, Tie off the lift bag and inflate it fully. Fully inflate my dry suit Trigger the scooter and cut the line Exhaling all the way.

Yep I bet that will do it. Thanks guys!

Something that I have tried is jumping from 40 feet of a cliff in a 7mm wet suit. You sure pop up like a cork!
