I guess maybe the context of my rant was not clear. I just posted a reply to someone who got quite defensive about what I said and that I should rant on my own thread, yet I was merely replying to what was posted. So here it is, per their request!

anyways, facts aside, all power should rest in the hands of an individual who can then wield it as he/she wishes.

ideally, that individual would be *MOI* or, if not me,
