If by Alki you mean Seacrest, I was there yesterday. We did our Rescue class in Cove 1, then did a skills practice dive in Cove 2. Neither shows any signs of the oil spill. I cannot speak for the outer dive sites like the Pipeline or the Junkyard, but I do know people were diving there over the week-end.

My ex-wife and friends were at Edmonds Underwater Park yesterday morning. Likewise, nothing noticeably related to the oil spill.

It sounds like between the clean-up efforts and tidal dispersal the damage at this point is fairly minimal.

I was at Edmonds Underwater Park this morning and there were no signs of oil.

Thanks for the responses. I don't get to either site (yes, I did mean Seacrest) much anymore and am glad to hear the sites did not suffer from the spill.
